How to Avoid Text Covered Up by BPMN Task Type Icon?

When you fill up a Task object in a BPMN model with text, the Type icon hides the text in the upper left corner, like the ‘Re’ in Review in the image below.

I can uncheck the ‘Use Entire Symbol Surface for Text Placement’ option but that applies to every object viewed through my ARIS client, so that’s a non-starter. We’re trying to avoid changing the size of objects in BPMN so making it bigger isn’t a good solution either. Using carriage returns in the first row addresses the problem each time, but I'd rather have a universal solution. We’re on a dated version of ARIS (9.8) due to some constraints, so I’m wondering if there’s a good setting change to address this universally?
