Problem with ARIS Architect and Design Installation

Hi ,

I recently had a problem to open ARIS.

I uninstalled and reinstalled it. Towards the end of the reinstallation , I get an error message and I don't know how to fix that. 

The error is : "An unknown error occured trying to perform the UMC operation deleteLicense" (I shared a screenshot of the error as well).

PS: I'm trying to install it with an option of local server , so I enter the licence zip file at the beginning of the installation but it seems to make the installation crash. 

I'll appreciate some help please.
