Average Processing Time in Aris Connect

Hello,

Does anyone know how to activate "Average Processing Time" attribute in Aris Connect?

I don't have the option to activate this and when i do a report the column "Average Processing Time" is empty.

In architect we can set the relevant filter but in Aris Connect I'm not sure if we can set the filter.
