Error importing data to ARCM

Hello, I am trying to import data to an ARCM

I use the report ARCM Export_RBA to create the xml file.

I import this xml file in ARC and i get the error:

- [ERROR] Risk cannot be imported because it refers to a control which in turn is referenced by other risks. Please check the content of the XML file. (near line #936) 
 

And so I fail to import any data.

How can i fix this problem? i am trying to understand the mistake in diagrams where  have the risk but I don't find anything wrong with it.
