Import Visio to ARIS

Hi,

I am using  MS Visio 2013,  When i created diagrams via Cross functional templates and tried to import in to ARIS it is throwing an error called "Unable to determine the dig". Similar case for EPC templates. In this when we use Metric units it gets imported to ARIS but for US units its again throwing the same error. Why?

But EPC/XFUNC  gets imported from Visio to ARIS  when we use "Blank Drawings".

Kindly let me know why ARIS is not supporting Visio Templates and its units for few cases.
