My organization is currently using ARIS 9.6 without the process governance add-on and have over 500 business processes documented in our database. We now need to roll out a process governance strategy for business process owners to review and update EPCs without risk of creating errors in the complete database. I'm looking for information on what type of process governance methods other organization are using like centralized or decentralized process teams making updates, ARIS Connect communication and user rights......
