ARIS 9.8 : Modules locked by users Read-only Unable to kill the user session

Hi Team,

On ARIS 9.8 some of my colleagues are getting below message that module/processes are locked by by self or colleague :

1. Tried to unlock using admin lock - No success

2. Tried to kill user session from admin server : No success

3. Tried to restart the application along with runnable : No success

Please help

Error : Model <XYX> will open <Read-Only> An item is already being edited by the following user :ABC
