ARIS Connect - 9.x - Hyperlink to Diagram Tab (Factsheet)

Happy New Year, and all the best for 2017!
I have a customer requirement that hyperlinks generated from the ARIS Connect Portal, either via the 'Share Model' mini workflow, or via copying the URL from the browser address bar, should direct the user to the 'Diagram' tab / factsheet where the URL target is a model. Currently, the system behaviour is that the 'Overview' tab for the model is displayed for all users following any hyperlinks to content that has an associated diagram.
Does anyone know if it is possible to default the 'diagram' tab to be the view that is opened when following a URL to model based content?
Note, we are using a custom variant of the 'classic' view configuration set.

Connect ARIS ARCM To ARIS Designer ERROR
Hello, I already installed arcm in one server, and aris designer in other server.
And I was trying to make the connection between these, I used the reconfigure command:
reconfigure arcm_s zookeeper.connect.string="<sag-aris>:2181"
but now arcm_s service is not starting, It's in starting status for some hours now but it never starts.
And in the logs i get:

Elements/Items of flow are missing
Hi - I am pulling up process maps from a year or so ago and am finding that parts of the maps have sort of disappeared. I can still see the entire map but oddly, all the items that were in pink are now only represented by an empty box or outline; color and text are gone. Any idea why this happened and how I can fix it?

Redirecting the access to a document content server - Link1
Hello Community,
We use Link1 Title1 to specify the link to a document content server for the training documents. This works well. However when the content server changes, we need to update every Link1 in our database as the string contains the server's name/domain.
Is there a way within ARIS to specify the server name, while using a symbolic one in Link1, so if there is a document content server migration we don't have to update every string in Link1 with the new name?
We use a DNS entry outside ARIS to redirect the access to the new server, but this is a temporary solution, while we update the links.

Maximum search results
Hi,
When I run a find, the maximum results are capped at 1000. I have tried adjusting the .cfg file for textsearch:Maximum results value =1000 and making it higher but it resets to 1000 when the ARIS client is restarted. Is there a way to set this value and have it stick?

Error importing data to ARCM
Hello, I am trying to import data to an ARCM
I use the report ARCM Export_RBA to create the xml file.
I import this xml file in ARC and i get the error:
- [ERROR] Risk cannot be imported because it refers to a control which in turn is referenced by other risks. Please check the content of the XML file. (near line #936)
And so I fail to import any data.
How can i fix this problem? i am trying to understand the mistake in diagrams where have the risk but I don't find anything wrong with it.

Crumb path in Connect not updated
Recently we moved an entire tree with groups and models to another tree. Now, when using Connect to view the models, the crumb path keeps referring to the old tree. Anyone who has experienced the same?
Example:
- in the old structure we had:
[Maintaining insurance policy]
[Issue new policy]
[Creating output]
[Send output]
In the new structure it is:
[Maintaining insurance policy]
[Issue new policy]
[Send output]
Now, when navigating through the models, when you end up in 'Send output' the crumb path shows 'Creating output' / 'Send output'. It should show 'Maintaining insurance policy'/ 'Issue new policy'/ 'Send output'

I want to create a batch file which automatically backup the databases i work on ARIS. I reach the old posts on forum and learn about arisadm90.exe. Currently i can use arisadm90.exe file to backup manually. How can i do this process automatically?

ARIS sincronization with SolMan Takes longtime
Hi,
I have an ARIS 9.8 sincronized with SAP Solution Manager 7.1. We need to execute the sincronization every monday morning and it is taking 16 hours to be executed.
We perform a monitoring on SOlution Manager and saw that the problem was not there because during the executin, Solman stay waiting for the aris packages in some periods.
anyone knows some parameter that we can change in ARIS to make this sincronization faster?
Or order solution that I can apply to make it faster?

ARIS Connect Self-Service Hierarchy based on derived models
Hi All,
We are struggling to create a hierarchy based on derived models on top of the default view. Can somebody explain what is needed to be created in the items and fact sheets areas so that the new item appear in the hierarchy creating drop-down?
Our line-of-thought was that we needed to create a new item (in our case diagram) with a list in the property section containing the assigned diagram type for the underlaying model.
We are running on ARIS Cloud Enterprise 9.8.6
Anything we missed?

ARIS Connect Archimate Models
Good Morning guys,
we recently migrated from ARIS 9.8 to Connect.
One of the reasons was to have the ability to work with Archimate. Modelling within the Design Server works fine, however when trying to publish Archimate Content Modells are not being shown. Besides that no Archimate models can be created within Connect although the entire Method filter is being used afaIk.
Besides that I can`t find the ability to apply filter outside of the Design Server. Is there a way to change the filter within Connect in order to see Archimate content ?

Page Cannot be Displayed when connecting to browser
Windows Server 2008 R2, Aris 9.7 BP, when I attempt to connect to Aris via IE I et the error "Page Cannot Be Displayed" I am very new to Aris and would appreciate any help?
